Welcome to true.gentlemen.club. These terms are not just rules; they are the code that governs our institution. By accessing or using our publication, website, and services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Code of Conduct
True Gentlemen Club is a meritocracy built on respect, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence. All members, both in the Public Square and the Inner Circle, are expected to adhere to this Code:
Challenge Ideas, Not Individuals: Engage in robust, intelligent debate. Personal attacks, insults, harassment, or any form of weakness will result in immediate and permanent removal.
Confidentiality is Absolute: What is shared within the Inner Circle and The Forge stays within the Inner Circle. Any breach of this trust is a breach of honor and will be treated as such.
No Excuses. No Victimhood: We operate on the principle of radical personal responsibility. Members are expected to take ownership of their actions and perspectives.
Add Value or Observe: Your contributions should be thoughtful and constructive. Low-effort or spam-like content will be removed.
We reserve the right to terminate access for any member who violates this Code at our sole discretion.
2. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
The Service and all of its original content, including articles, logos, names, and frameworks ("The Protocols"), are the exclusive property of true.gentlemen.club and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express prior written consent.
3. Membership & Commitment (Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds)
Paid Subscriptions: Access to the Inner Circle requires a paid subscription, which may be billed on a monthly, yearly, or one-time (Founding Member) basis.
Commitment: Your subscription is a declaration of commitment to a higher standard.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: Commitment is absolute. As such, all payments for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
4. Termination of Access
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or the Code of Conduct.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or health advice. You are solely responsible for the consequences of your own decisions and actions. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall true.gentlemen.club, nor its owner or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sri Lanka, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
